By accessing or using Omoi (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Omoi provides AI companion experiences through Discord. Our companions are AI-powered characters designed for conversation and companionship. They are not human and should not be treated as substitutes for professional advice or human relationships.

3. User Accounts

You must have a Discord account to use Omoi. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to generate harmful content, or to attempt to circumvent the Service's safety measures.

6. Privacy

Your conversations with companions are private and not shared with other users. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Limitation of Liability

Omoi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
